How to order?

①Choose the salesman to talk

②tell him or her the items and quantity you want to order

③the salesman make an Proforma Invoice for you

④you pay us as the Invoice(Amount that less than 3000 USD should pay 100% before arrange the order)

⑤we arrange your order

⑥we finish the order, and inform you to pay us the remaing (If available)

⑦ ship your order, and tell you the tracking info.

⑧ you get the order.

What delivery company can you choose?

• EMS   (China Mainland EMS/ Hong Kong EMS)

• TNT   (China Mainland TNT/ Hong Kong TNT)

• UPS

• DHL

• We supply Air and Ship way to your port with larger order.

How to Pay us?

You can pay us by paypal, western union and T/T.

What Certificate we have?

CE.RoHS,SGS,CCC.etc, if you need it, please contact our salesman (who you talked with).  we only supply it to our customers

We could give you replacement if

if goods disappeared on the way, if goods Serious damaged, if a part of goods has been taken away.

But we are not in charge of the goods damaged by customs or goods hold always by customs

How is the Guarantee work?

A) How long—? We provide atomizer 3 months guarantee, battery and other parts 6 months guarantee from the ship date.(Vandalism can not be guaranteed)

B) How to—? Often, we ship to the replacement to you with your next order if you can provide the proof of the broken parts, if the quantity exceed 20% of your order quantity, we will request you to send back the borken parts to us to check and analyze the reasons.(this situation almost not exist)

MOQ & OEM service

(1) For General Order(do not have OEM request). No MOQ always.

(2) For OEM Order. Logo on battery or atomizer, MOQ is 100 sets.

Logo on packing box, MOQ is 500 sets
